Rosemary Lawrence Dip BFD, Cert Clin Hom, Cert Ed; biography - Lecturer in Homotoxicology
Rosemary is an ex schoolteacher who did some training in classical homoeopathy before having a family. She qualified in Clinical homoeopathy and Bio-diagnostics in 1998, and now practices as a homotoxicologist registered with the British Complementary Medical Association. Rosemary regularly attends two to three training courses a year to keep up with developments in this exciting field.
She has been in practice over 8 years working closely alongside osteopaths and other musculo-skeletal therapists. She has had notable success treating systemic causes of muscular pain and arthritis as well as chronic illness such as Parkinson's disease and ME.
Jonathan Lawrence BA DO Cert Ed ; biography- Lecturer in Craniosacral Techniques and Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques
Jonathan trained as an osteopath after teaching Environmental Science in secondary school. He lectured at the European School of Osteopathy until he moved to the Westcountry. He has subsequently taught osteopathic, soft tissue and cranial techniques in the UK and abroad to a variety of practitioners including massage therapists, osteopaths, midwives and doctors. His courses are always entertaining informative and practical.
In practice he has worked with patients of all ages from the newborn to the elderly and worked for a year alongside the medical staff of a professional football team. His approach is holistic and believes in working with compassion. He believes that gentle, safe and effective complementary medicine has a vital role to play the medicine of the future.
Jacqui Footman - BA(Hons), PGCE, EFT-Adv AAMET registered EFT Practitioner and Trainer
Following a brief career in business, Jacqui completed postgraduate teacher training at King’s College London in 1985 and went on to lead language departments in schools in London and Devon. In 2004, after discovering the benefits of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and completing a full practitioner course with Paul Lynch, EFT Master, she started to practice EFT in South Molton, Devon. She continues to develop her skills in the new and fast-developing field of energy psychology, including in 2005 EmoTrance practitioner training with Dr Mark Atkinson, advanced training in EFT for serious illness with Gary Craig, EFT Founder, and in 2007 advanced EFT training with Dr Carol Look, EFT Master. 2006 saw Jacqui complete NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner training and become a registered EFT trainer to deliver courses recognised by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (www.aamet.org).
Jacqui has run approved EFT Level 1 and Level 2 courses as per Gary Craig’s prescribed syllabus in South Molton. A Level 3 course will follow in 2008, as will courses in Bath. Completion of the Level 2 course fulfils the basic AAMET requirement for registration as EFT practitioner.
